Join Anne on June 16 (Father's Day!) at 11 a.m. for a 45-minute Family Yoga class. This practice invites participants of all ages, from the youngest to oldest members, and crawlers to wheelchairs, to come together and explore movement, mindfulness, and connection. Through gentle poses, breathing exercises, and relaxation techniques, family's bond, nurture well-being, and foster harmony and health for everyone. Bring a yoga mat if you have one, otherwise, we'll do our best to accommodate. Space is limited so sign up early! Sign up includes up to 3 family members.
