Come join this family fun-filled yoga class! Yoga Den Avondale welcomes kids ages 6+ (with guardian) to learn how important it is to move and take care of ourselves. Kids will learn yoga basics, breathing exercises, and a group activity! Great way for parents or gauardians to connent with kids on a healty level.
