Family yoga session on the autumn equinox (and international day of peace).Join us at the studio for some autumn themed yoga, as we explore the Magic of Autumn with family yoga followed by autumn themed crafts and refreshment/time in the sensory room and we can see the changing colours in the trees right outside our studio windows.
After class you could take a family walk to nearby Ward Park or Castle Park together.
A great way to spend time together on a Sunday, no yoga experience required.
Please dress comfortably. Please note the studio is up one flight of stairs with no lift.

There is 3 hours free parking available in adjacent ASDA car park, also parking at Abbey St, Castle Street or Park Drive all within walking distance
Tickets are non refundable, should you be unable to attend on the day an alternative will be offered at Rise & Shine's discretion
