Discover a perfect blend of movement and creativity in our Family Yoga and Art Workshop! Designed for families, this program offers a 1 hour yoga session combined with a 1 hour visual art session.Our talented instructors will guide you through movement, creative expression, and play. Please dress in clothes that you can move in, but that can also get messy!
The theme of this workshop is gratitude.
Instructors: Karen Nguyen (visual art) and Flora (yoga)
Yoga mats will be provided, although you are welcome to bring your own.
There is a 15 minute break in between sessions.
