A fun, imaginative, and heart-centered yoga class for families to move, play, and connect! Designed for adults and children of all ages, this class blends somatic movement, mindfulness, and creativity to foster belonging, healing, and joy.Through gentle yoga, playful movement, and storytelling, families will build trust, empathy, and deep connection in a supportive and inclusive environment. Each session encourages self-expression, imagination, and mindful exploration, offering families a space to bond, breathe, and move together.
Come as you are—no yoga experience is needed. Just bring an open heart, a sense of play, and a willingness to connect.
Registration includes one adult and one child. If you would like to register additional family members, please call (780) 488-1121. Additional fee of $49 per person will apply for the series.
