If you could build your own gallery what would it look like? What would it be called? What would you choose to display in it?Join the Barber team this half term and create a gallery in a box! Come along to discover all about how galleries are made in our print bay display Founding the Barber. Then put your curator hat on to imagine your own gallery and create a mock-up version filled with miniature artworks and objects.
This workshop will take place at the Barber Institute of Fine Arts, led by our friendly Learning & Engagement team. The workshops will be taking place on:
This workshop is designed for children 7 - 11 years old, accompanied by a supporting adult. There are limited spaces, so booking is essential. Tickets are one per child, an accompanying adult comes free. A parent/carer must accompany their children at all times whilst in the session.
No experience necessary, all materials and a drink and snack will be provided
