Join me at the new beautiful space Sister & Soul Studio, Urmston for a fun and nurturing 1 hour 45 minute family workshop filled with:

🎨 Creative positive affirmations
A chance for children, teens and parents to relax, recharge and build confidence together ✨ No experience needed – just come as you are!

💷 Introductory Price: £20 parent + child | £5 extra child | £8 extra adult
👕 What to bring/wear: Comfortable clothing, a bottle of water, a blanket for the sound bath to keep you warm and snuggly, and an open mind. Mats and props are provided, but feel free to bring your own if you prefer.
