Family Video is a synthpunk band out of Charlotte. A few years ago, the group started as a “bedroom band”—just creative, Josh Shabtai, a laptop, and some guitars. Shortly after putting some tracks out, Josh met the most amazing collection of musicians/songwriters, and grew into a collaborative six-piece featuring synths, drums, guitars, and saxophone.
