Family Tree Chiropractic's Kids Summer Challenge 2024

The summer challenge is an opportunity for children to get outside and explore, exercise, read, and do activities with their family and friends during the summer months. This FREE challenge is available to everyone to print out and do on your own! However, if you choose to officially register your child, then they will have a deadline, receive a free water bottle, and be entered into the drawing, where two lucky children will win a $50 Target Giftcard.

All ages under 18 are welcome to participate. Challenge your friends and siblings and see who gets to the 55 goal first!

June 5, 2024 for any registered participants and all Challenge Grids must be turned in by August 2, 2024.

1. Print the challenge grid (will email to you after registration) or pick up in the office.

2. Complete tasks from June 5 - August 2 by having a parent or guardian check off each completed square. Be sure to HAVE FUN!

3. Email the challenge grid ([email protected]) with a minimum of 55 completed squares with your child’s name clearly printed on the top right corner or drop off at Family Tree Chiropractic in Foley. Once we receive it we will enter your child into the drawing.

4.Receive the Summer Challenge water bottle at anytime during the challenge. Just stop in at Family Tree Chiropractic during office hours to pick it up.

5. Winner of the two $50 Target gift cards will be chosen Friday, August 2nd.

2. Once you register we will email you the challenge grid. Download the challenge grid and let the games begin! You can also pick up a copy of the challenge grid in the office if you prefer.

3. Stop by on or after June 5th to pick up your free water bottle for participating in the challenge anytime during office hours.

3. Return the finished grid either by physically dropping it off at Family Tree Chiropractic or e-mailing it to [email protected] on or before August 2nd!
