Family-to-Family (In-Person)

Family-to-Family is a FREE 9-WEEK class for adult (18+) family members and friends supporting someone with a mental health condition. This class is taught by trained leaders who understand having a loved one with a mental illness and is designed to help people support their loved ones while maintaining their own well-being.
