Family Sweetheart Dance

The Bartram Springs Elementary PTA invites students and their families to the Family Sweetheart Dance on February 10, 2023 (Friday), 6PM-8PM, at the BSE Cafeteria. Dress up in your favorite dressy or smart casual attire and get ready to have fun!

The event is open to BSE students and their families. This event is FREE. However, due to limited space, we can only accommodate a maximum of 250 attendees (adults and children). Tickets are required for entry and each person in your party (adults and children) must have a ticket. Registration will end on February 6, 2023 (Monday) at 11:59PM or when 250 tickets have been reserved-- whichever comes first. There will be NO tickets available at the door.

This is NOT a drop-off event. Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

All attendees must enter the school through the Bus Doors at the side of the school. You and your family must check-in at the table near the cafeteria doors.

We will have a Door Raffle. Each family is entitled to one (1) ticket only. You must be present to claim your prize. If the winner drawn is not present, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be picked.

Sweets and treats will be served along with bottled water and some drinks. There will be NO dinner service at the event.

Your PTA relies on volunteers to organize, set up, man, and clean up at events such as this. We would appreciate your help by ensuring that all trash goes into the bins in the cafeteria.
