Are you a parent or caregiver of a child age 21 or younger who is struggling with mental health challenges? You are not alone.
Join our free and confidential family support group, created specifically for parents and caregivers who are walking this journey. This group is led by parents who have children living with mental health conditions and truly understand the challenges, emotions, and questions that can come with it.
When: Every 2nd Thursday of the month
Time: 6:00 PM – 7:30 PM
Where: Shepherd of the Valley Church, Afton, MN

This is a safe, welcoming space to share experiences, gain support, learn from others, and find hope.
