Many people don't know where to turn when a child, family member, friend, or other loved one comes out as LGBTQ+. The GLO Center is partnering with PFLAG Springfield/SWMO to help you better understand, support, and celebrate your child or loved one. We welcome you to our new peer-to-peer group that will meet once a month, during GLO Youth Group. After each opportunity to learn there will be time for community and connection.
October Details:
🗓️ Date: October 15 (and 3rd Tuesday of every month)
⏰ Time: 5-7 PM (during GLO Youth so that parents can drop off their kids and come to the meeting)
📍 Place: The Third Place - 416 W Commercial St.
❓ Topic: Pronouns 101. Learn everything you've wanted to know but are afraid to ask about pronouns!
