What to bring:
Extra cushions from home if you need it for laying on a mat for the relaxation sound healing part – cushions will be supplied but depending on numbers, we can’t guarantee there will be spare for everyone to borrow.
Please let us know if your child is sensitive to sound. Ear-defenders can be worn to reduce sound overwhelm but the child will still benefit from the sound healing. Sound healing may not be suitable for children with epilepsy. Please consult with your doctor before booking.
This session is recommended for children age 5 and up with their responsible adults. No children? No problem, you can still come and join the fun.
Tickets are £18 per adult and £8 per child. Spaces are limited so please book in advance.
