🌟Family Sound Bath 🌟
Sunday 22nd Feb 6.15-7pm
The ultimate evening of relaxation but for the family! Slighter shorter than usual but with all the benefits of a sound bath.
Bring along your mini me’s so they too can experience the healing benefits of a sound bath whilst learning new ways to relax. Don’t worry if they are a bit wriggly we will make sure you are nice and comfy on the mat - plus we all get wriggly sometimes!
Aimed for children ages 7 upwards but get in touch if you feel your younger child would benefit
Bring a blanket and a cushion / pillow and we will provide the rest. PJs and cuddlies are welcome too.
