Family Self Care Night @ PSMS89
Join NIDC’s Neighborhood Initiatives Development Corporation Family Support Network for an evening dedicated to mental wellness, relaxation, and family connection during Mental Health Awareness Month.
Parents and caregivers will have the opportunity to:
- Participate in Mocktails Sip & Paint
- Create DIY BATH BOMBS
- Receive information on mental health awareness and NIDC family programs
- Connect with community resources
- Enjoy dinner and refreshments
Children's Self-Care Activity Room
Children ages 14 and under will participate in their own supervised self-care and Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) activity area, with engaging, wellness-focused activities and food provided.
When registering, please register for each child you are bringing.
Families will also have the chance to win exciting prizes, including:
- $50 Bath & Body Works gift cards
- Self-care baskets
- Additional giveaways and raffle prizes
Unwind, connect with other families, and leave refreshed with practical self-care tools and community support. This event is free and open to families. Registration is encouraged.
