Adult pricing: $275 per adult
Kids pricing: $0 per child (newborn to 15 years)
$275 includes: bus transportation (refreshments on bus), banquet dinner & entertainment, and an excursion to the Harvey Gantt Center for African American Culture Museum
**If an adult chooses to forgo the bus transportation in favor of driving themselves to Charlotte the cost will be $130 per adult.
**Banquet and entertainment costs cannot be waived.
Hotel rooms at the Westin Charlotte will be $175 per night (this price includes tax).
$275 for each adult must be payed by Friday, June 17, 2022 to retain a bus seat and a space at the Family Banquet dinner.
