Hear ye, hear ye! Visit the NCMA for an afternoon of merriment and more with the Society for Creative Anachronism. Little lords and ladies (plus their grown-ups) can:
Watch thrilling combat demonstrations on the tournament field
Discover medieval and Renaissance crafts in the NCMA medieval village
Enjoy period theatrical, musical, and dance performances throughout the Museum
Visit our fall exhibitions including Venice and the Ottoman Empire for free!
Create their own Venetian mask and other hands-on art projects
Sample cider, honey soda, and mead and taste a medieval feast in East Café
Historical costumes encouraged.
