Welcome to Family Nights at Lincoln Park Zoo! This new series includes:

• Free entry for kids 10 and under
• Free unlimited rides on the AT&T Endangered Species Carousel and Lionel Train Adventure
• Free live children’s entertainment by Mary Macaroni or Glenn David (schedule below)
• Animal chats and enrichment (schedule below)
• BOGO dinner at Park Place Cafe: one free kid’s menu entree with purchase of adult meal*
• Many zoo buildings open to explore!

*some restrictions may apply. Adult meal valued at $10+. Kid’s menu is for children 10 and under.

Tell me about Mary Macaroni and Glenn David.

• Mary Macaroni and the Impastas bring the music and magic to kids of all ages! Mary and the Impastas have an interactive show which features dancing, sing-alongs, fun and even some magic. Kids will join the band with shakers and scarves as they have a rockin’ great time!
• Glenn David for kids is all about the music! A popular DJ for kids' events, Glenn plays hot songs kids love to dance to. All music is recorded with clean radio edits and sound systems are perfect for young ears. Glenn takes requests, too!

Are there age restrictions for this event?

No. All are welcome, and all kids 10 and under may attend for free.

I’m a member. How do I redeem my discount?

To apply your discount, enter the first three digits of your member ID in the “Enter Promotional Code” field when purchasing tickets.

Is this event accessible?

Yes, Lincoln Park Zoo is an accessible facility. Please visit our Accessibility page for information on parking, paratransit services, restrooms, and services for guests with disabilities or who have sensory processing needs.

I am no longer able to attend. Can I exchange my tickets or get a refund?

Unfortunately, Lincoln Park Zoo does not offer refunds. However, if you are not able to attend you are welcome to pass your tickets along to another guest.

Will there be food and beverages for sale?

Yes! Park Place Café and select food and beverage venues will be open, offering great options for both kids and adults. Lincoln Park Zoo also offers vegetarian and gluten-free menu items.

Will there be alcoholic beverages available?

Yes! Beer, wine, and a signature cocktail will be available for purchase.

Can I purchase tickets at the door?

No, but you can purchase them from your mobile device just before you arrive. Unfortunately, we are not able to process transactions at the gate.

Is parking available?

Paid parking is available at the zoo’s parking lot located at Fullerton Parkway and Cannon Drive (2400 N. Cannon Drive). The zoo is also accessible by train via the Armitage and Fullerton stations and by bus via the 22, 36, 151, and 156 routes.

What if it rains?

All Lincoln Park Zoo events take place rain or shine. We have some wonderful animal buildings you can still enjoy if it rains, and the carousel is covered. Park Place Café also has plenty of indoor restaurant seating.

What can’t I bring or do?

• Outside food and beverage is prohibited.
• There is no smoking at Lincoln Park Zoo for the health of the animals in our care.
• Pets are not allowed at the zoo, but licensed service animals are welcome.
• Lincoln Park Zoo’s Code of Conduct can be found here.
