The night before Halloween is a night made for mischief!
Join friends and neighbours in your costumes and decorate Halloween candy bags and masks! The event will end with a parade around the neighbourhood in a grand rumpus to pave the way for Halloween!
This is not a drop-off event; adult supervision is required.
Please note that a portion of this event will take place outside, please dress accordingly.
