Our Conflict Resolution Panel will feature four licensed therapists discussing practical ways families can navigate communication challenges, generational differences, hurt, forgiveness, and healthy boundaries. Each therapist will share useful tools and solutions, followed by a moderated audience Q&A.
This engaging evening is designed for every generation, from Seasoned Saints to Gen Alpha, and will offer faith sensitive, practical guidance for building healthier, stronger family relationships.

Jacqueline Donaldson-Francois, MSW, Ed.S, RCSWI brings more than 15 years of experience in behavioral health, crisis intervention, family advocacy, and community support. Shavarne Carter, LMHC, founder of Soulful Connections, is passionate about helping people heal while bridging the gap between mental health, faith, and community. Dr. Zonovia Proctor, PhD, LMHC, NCC brings more than 15 years of counseling, leadership, and family wellness experience, with powerful insight on relationships, boundaries, and emotional health. And Ixchelle Hicks, LMHC brings a heart for helping children and families heal, grow, and thrive while building stronger, healthier family systems.
