MATILDA: This film adaptation of a Roald Dahl work tells the story of Matilda Wormwood, a gifted girl forced to put up with a crude, distant father and mother. Worse, Agatha Trunchbull, the evil principal at Matilda's school, is a terrifyingly strict bully. However, when Matilda realizes she has the power of telekinesis, she begins to defend her friends from Trunchbull's wrath and fight back against her unkind parents. Brunch begins at 10:30 a.m. in our upstairs event space featuring a Glow Stick Dance Party! Kids are encouraged to participate in our costume contest! Brunch will be followed by the screening at noon in Theater 1, RFC’s 124-seat capacity theater.
