Family Learning Self Care (2104)

This course is a 6-week programme combining craft and the outdoor environment to support physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

Session will run from 21st of April to 2nd of June from 10:00am - 12:00pm.

These sessions provide a welcoming space for nurturing self-awareness and self-reflection, using simple relaxation techniques, craft, conversation and the natural environment to encourage the practice of Self Care and to understand the value of taking time for ourselves.

Participants will also have the opportunity to gain an accreditation in Improving Wellbeing if interested.

This course is delivered by Family Learning as part of Aberdeen City Council.

This ticket is a note of interest. Once you have signed up via Eventbrite, you will be emailed a registration form that you must complete to secure your place on the course.
