Family Learn to Ride | Manukau Velodrome - 29 November

The Family Learn to Ride - Beginner course is for families who want to learn to ride together. Parents and children will learn how to ride a bike at the same time.
If your child is under 6, we ask that one parent/guardian/ family friend stays with them while the other parent learns to ride. If your children are over six, both parents can learn to ride at the same time.
You’ll learn how to:
💚 Check your bike and helmet is safe to use
💚 Balance on a bike and pedal independently
💚 Basic bike handling skills (braking, manouvering, gears and signaling)
This course takes place in a private, quiet and enclosed location and is led by qualified, friendly instructors so you can learn at your own pace.
Bring your own bike and helmet, or we can provide one for you!
