Family Jump Fest — Overview

Get ready to jump, move, and have fun at our first-ever Family Jump Fest! Facilitated by Very Much Double Dutch, this high-energy event invites families of all ages and abilities to come experience the joy of jumping together.

Families can try Double Dutch jump ropes, single jump ropes, and explore physical therapy–inspired jumping modification stations designed so everyone can participate at their own comfort level. Whether you’re brand new to jumping rope or ready to show off your moves, this is a fun and welcoming space to give something new a try.

Expect great music, lots of movement, and plenty of opportunities to connect with other families while getting all that energy out in a positive, supportive environment. Resources will be available, and we’ll have headphones, snacks, and water on hand to help keep everyone comfortable.
