Family Hike (April)

This event is for all families whether you are expecting parents, new parents, or experienced parents. We will go at a toddler's pace with ample stops to look at little rocks and bugs - a great time to catch your breath or practice being present.

Here is what you can expect:

• A beautiful beginner trail
• Connection with other families/community
• A welcoming and friendly host
• Peaceful moments to reflect and recharge
• Quality family time away from screens
• Light exercise and fresh air
• Lasting memories

This event is free, but donations are welcome and help provide doula services to under-resourced families.

Don't forget to bring:

• Comfortable walking shoes
• Water bottle
• Sun protection
• Your sense of adventure!
