This year for Día de los Muertos, the Chicano Center for the Arts and the Latinx Education Collaborative are excited to host a special Lotería de Nuestra Herencia / Family Heritage Lotería creation event! Over the course of three days, you, your family, and friends can come together to create inspiring Lotería cards that reflect your unique stories and journeys.
October 21st, 22nd and 23rd
5:30pm to 7:30pm
What is it? Lotería de Nuestra Herencia is a unique opportunity to honor your family’s history by creating your own personalized Lotería card. Whether it’s a symbol of your ancestors, a cherished family tradition, or a story that’s been passed down through generations, your card will become a part of a collective Lotería deck that celebrates our diverse cultural heritage.
