Family Group Session: Positive Intent
About this Event
April's Family Group Session focuses on Positive Intent, the practice of assuming the best in others and approaching relationships with understanding, curiosity, and grace. When we choose to see beyond mistakes, misunderstandings, or difficult moments, we create stronger connections and foster a more supportive family environment.
It's easy to make assumptions when tensions are high, but positive intent invites us to pause and consider that others are often doing the best they can with the tools and experiences they have. Join us as we explore how shifting our perspective can strengthen communication, reduce conflict, and build deeper trust within our families.
Through this evidence-based, trauma-informed program, families will learn how to:
- Approach challenges and misunderstandings with empathy and openness
- Practice assuming positive intent in everyday interactions
- Strengthen family relationships through trust, respect, and understanding
- Respond thoughtfully rather than react based on assumptions
✨ Childcare and meals provided! Bring your experiences, questions, and an open mind. Connect with other families, gain practical tools for building stronger relationships, and leave empowered to see the good in others while creating a more positive and connected home.
