About this Event

January's Family Group Session focuses on Encouragement, creating space for families to connect, share experiences, and be reminded that we're all in this together. Parenting comes with both joys and challenges, and having a supportive community can make all the difference. This session is designed to help families build one another up, celebrate progress, and find strength through connection.

No family should have to navigate life's challenges alone. Join us for an evening of meaningful conversation, shared experiences, and practical encouragement as we begin the new year together with hope, resilience, and support.

Through this evidence-based, trauma-informed program, families will:

• Strengthen their support networks and connections with other families
• Gain encouragement and inspiration from shared experiences
• Explore strategies for building resilience during challenging times
• Celebrate successes and identify strengths within themselves and their families
