Family Group Session: Consequences
About this Event
May's Family Group Session focuses on Consequences, helping families understand that mistakes are not failures, but opportunities for growth. Every choice we make has consequences, and when we approach mistakes with accountability and a willingness to learn, we build resilience, confidence, and stronger relationships.
Parenting and life are full of learning moments. Instead of focusing on perfection, this session encourages families to view challenges and setbacks as opportunities to develop new skills, make better choices, and grow together. Join us as we explore how healthy consequences can teach responsibility while fostering understanding, encouragement, and personal growth.
Through this evidence-based, trauma-informed program, families will learn how to:
- Understand the connection between choices and consequences
- View mistakes as opportunities for learning and growth
- Encourage accountability while maintaining supportive relationships
- Develop resilience and problem-solving skills when facing challenges
✨ Childcare and meals provided! Bring your experiences, questions, and lessons learned. Connect with other families, gain practical strategies for navigating challenges, and leave empowered to turn everyday mistakes into meaningful opportunities for growth.
