Family Fundraising Day to Support Ark Family Resource Centre
A special Family Fundraising Day will be taking place on Saturday, June 27th at the Parkeston Railway Club, Hamilton Street, Parkeston, near Harwich, Essex, in aid of the incredible Ark Family Resource Centre.
Based in Harwich, the Ark Family Resource Centre is a vital part of the local community, providing outstanding care, support and opportunities for children and families across the area. Alongside their childcare services, the centre also offers respite days for children with special educational needs, family support services, a community food bank, one-to-one outreach support, the Freedom Project, baby groups and youth groups.
The fundraising event promises to be a fun-filled day for all ages, featuring a table top sale with a variety of local businesses and stalls, refreshments available from the Railway Café, a children’s activity table, and a raffle with fantastic prizes to be won.
Organisers are encouraging the local community to come along, enjoy the day, and help raise as much money as possible for this truly worthwhile cause.
