Family Fun Yoga: Private & Customized

Come to our main beach spot or we come to your hotel, home, yacht, beach or park.

See the basic package below or contact us to learn more about how you can create this magical memory for your family.

What is included in classes:

• 60+ minute themed class for the group.
• Teacher will demo the poses and modifications for all to follow
• PA sound system with music
• Cool refreshing aromatherapy hand towels to wipe down at the end of class.
• Bottle of water for each person.

Common upgraded customized packages & add-ons can include:

• Customized towels & Yoga mats to keep
• Sound healing, Reiki or other healing modality.
• Photos /video capturing these very special moments in life.
• Sand toys for kids to keep
• Beach chairs & umbrellas to keep
• Fresh Bottled Organic Juices
• Light bites: Fresh cut fruits & crackers
• Picnic set up: blanket, table, decor, & food prepared from local resturant.

What you bring:

• Yoga mat or beach towel for each person. Yoga mat is NOT required on beach or park.
• Comfortable fitness types clothes or beach wear.
• Water - Please hydrate.
• If we are outside: SUNGLASSES, sunscreen & hat.

Lead Teacher & Founder of Ft Lauderdale Beach Yoga

Lisa has been a leading Yoga Educator & Wellness advocate for over 30 years.Her specialty is private instructions for high profile, workshops, Yoga trainings, & wellness events.

After relocating to South Florida from her home town of New York City, she fell in love with the ocean and the healing benefits of being in nature.

18 years ago she began to offer her healing approach of taking her students to practice outside in nature. This blossomed into a favorite for our soflo community & a "must experience" for visitors from around the world.

In addition to Lauderdale's favorite beach Yoga & fitness programs, Lisa is the founder & director of the online Florida hub – Yoga community of FL, Yoga community FL Yoga Trainings’, & co founder of The Zen Cruises & Retreat Destinations.

As a wellness advocate, creative force & community activator, Lisa produces various wellness events throughout Florida & beyond to support community.
