Join us as we explore our newly restored historic skipjack, the Dee of St. Mary’s. Learn about the life of traditional Chesapeake Bay Watermen and even learn how to hoist a sail! Enjoy a nautical-themed craft and activity.
Family Fun Friday events at the Calvert Marine Museum are designed for families with children ages 5-12. They are a chance to enjoy the museum and a special program with activities and crafts that begin before the museum is open to the public.
All programs run 9 - 11 a.m.
Please keep in mind this is not a drop-off program.
