Country Hope cares for the families of children who are battling cancer and other life-threatening illnesses.
Each year, one of their major fundraisers is On Key for Kids, where members of the public team up with singing mentors and take to the stage.
This year, Sean is proud to be taking part.
As part of his fundraising efforts, he will hold a Family Fun Day, where all proceeds will be donated directly to Country Hope.
