Active Stars is a family-focused initiative promoting health, wellbeing, and community connection through fun physical activities. Join us every Saturday at George Rose Park for engaging sessions that include games, light exercises, and opportunities to bond with loved ones and meet other families. Together, let’s inspire healthier habits, create lasting memories, and build a vibrant, supportive community!

Our Active Stars event is perfect for families looking to have a blast together. From relay races to tug-of-war, there's something for everyone to enjoy. Let your inner child shine as you participate in games and challenges designed to get your heart pumping and your smile widening. Don't miss out on this opportunity to bond with your loved ones while having a ton of fun!

What to Expect:

• 10:00 AM - 10:10 AM: Warm welcome and icebreaker activities.

• 10:10 AM - 10:30 AM: Stretching and fun warm-up games.

• 10:35 AM - 10:55 AM: Family walk/run around the park, collecting bands for each lap.

• 11:00 AM - 11:30 AM: Free play with games and activities.

Each participant will receive a personal journal to track their progress and set fitness goals.

When: Every Saturday, 10:00 AM - 11:30 AM (weather dependent)

Where: George Rose Park, 188 Wolverhampton Street, Darlaston, WS10 8UB

What to Bring:

• Comfortable clothing and footwear.

• A bottle of water to stay hydrated.

• A smile and a positive attitude!

Additional Perks:

Active Stars offers special events such as scavenger hunts, day trips, and art projects, supported by Creative Black Country.

Cost: Free to attend! (Donations to support future activities are always welcome.)
