Family Fishing Friday at Fairmount Water Works

Join us at Fairmount Water Works Interpretive Center for a morning of fishing on the Schuylkill River guided by PA Fish & Boat Commission.

This family friendly fishing event is an opportunity to connect with the Schuylkill River and have some fun! Guided by licensed professionals from PA Fish & Boat Commission, we will interact with a section of the Schuylkill that 40-60 species of fish call home. Come see what we find!

What to Bring:

All fishing rods, supplies, and materials will be provided by PA Fish & Boat.

Participants should bring a water bottle, sun protection, and wear clothes and shoes that might get dirty or splashed!

Expectations:

All participants must be at least 6 years old. Anyone below the age of 18 should be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Family registration covers 1 or 2 adults and up to 3 children.
