Family First Aid course, that is designed to give you the knowledge to help children or adults with major First Aid incidents.
About this Event

This is a fundraising event and a percentage of your ticket fee is donated to FoGMS.

Have you ever wondered how you would react to an emergency? Learn new skills. This short course will provide information on how to cope with first aid emergencies . Topics covered include, coping with an emergency, recognising when to use the emergency services and the following:-

• Recognising and Dealing with an unconscious casualty

• Baby/Child/Adult Resuscitation

• Choking

• Seizures & Febrile Convulsions

• Anaphylaxis

• Burns

And anything you wish to ask …… With the added option to purchase drinks at the bar.

The course is fun and informative. The aim of this course is to provide you with basic information that you can remember, it will also give you lots of confidence to cope with unexpected emergencies. On completion of this course you will receive a Certificate of attendance, and a ‘First Aid Made Easy’ manual
