FAMILY EVENT: Take a Child Outside Week 2024 - Youth Yoga (2 sessions)

Registration Note: This is a youth and family event. Registration ONLY THROUGH 4-H ONLINE. Minors must be accompanied by an adult guardian.

Join a Sarasota County Park Naturalist and Yoga Teacher for a morning of youth-friendly, nature-focused yoga. Participants will have the opportunity to move their bodies, breathe deeply, and be introduced to the benefits of spending mindful time in nature.

Note: Yoga will be practiced outdoors in a grassy area. Participants should bring their own yoga mat or towel to practice on. Parents must remain onsite with youth. After finishing yoga, feel free to join our exciting Family Treasure Quest, which will be happening in the park as well. Register for Treasure Quest here: .
