Join us the second Saturday of every month for Family D.A.Y.S. ( Dance, Art, Yoga, and Stories). This class is open to families of all ages and sizes, and every month we will explore a new dance style, art style, movement style, yoga, tell stories or a blend of some of the above. Parents and children can move and explore together and this class is $10 drop in per family. All funds go directly to the teaching artists.For March, Andrew Joyce, Aerick Burton and Joy Morris-Burton will introduce you to a variety of flow and circus arts.
Aerick Burton will give a juggling presentation and then guide familys in the process of beginning juggling. Joy will show a contortion demonstration, and teach students easy beginning stretches to safely advance in flexibility. Andrew Joyce will share the art of Poi with a demonstration, as well as share some of the history of Poi.
