Family Day Winter Festival ❄️☃️🌨️
Join us for a fun-filled day at the Family Day Winter Festival hosted by the Whitney Recreation Committee!
This exciting event will be happening on February 14, 2026 starting at 1:00pm, and you won't want to miss it.
Cardboard Sled Race: Think you’ve got the best sled? It’s time to show off your creativity and speed! 🚀 Prior registration is required to participate! ⏰ Make sure to check out the Rules to ensure your sled will pass inspection.

Schedule of Activities
⛸️ 11:00am – 1:00pm: Public Skating
📸 12:30pm: Cardboard Sled Race check-in, team photo, and inspection
🛷 1:00pm: Cardboard sled race starts at the Slide Hill
🔥 2:00pm – 3:00pm: Bonfire, food & indoor table games (don’t forget to bring your own chair and blanket)
🏒 2:00pm – 4:00pm: Family Hockey - Don’t forget to rock your favorite hockey jersey!
🔥🍫🎉 Don't miss out on the perfect winter treat! Enjoy a s’more, hot dog, and hot chocolate combo to warm you up during all the fun!
