Experience the power of group constellation work for releasing patterns of dysfunction held deeply in your being from early life coding or through ancestral inheritance.
In this work we come together to let the knowing field work somatically, that is through the movements of our bodies. Through the involvement of workshop participants, who act as representatives for various familial and archetypal aspects of the issue being constellated, we make visible in physical space what was previous invisible. Known only by the inner world of the issue holder it may have eluded understanding for years, perhaps even lifetimes.
Whether or not your issue is constellated EVERYONE gains. There is so much healing and illumination found in representing, observing, and of course in having your own constellation run.
To include guided group embodiment exercises, 3-5 facilitated constellations for selected participants with presenting issues, closing with a short integrative Constellations meditation practice.
