Family Constellations - In Person - Berkeley

I recently had my own constellation done.

I wanted to explore what was keeping me from moving forward with so many ideas and projects I was dreaming up. The colleague that was facilitating my constellation wanted to place someone to represent the true authentic me that was being held back. She asked "what are they called? Your badass future self?" I responded with "My badass essence! The awesomeness that was always there from my very beginnings!"

When I asked someone to represent my badass essence, the person lit up, jumped up, so excited to represent that for me! Their energy was so vibrant, fun and full of life and energy!! Not only did I feel seen, I felt like I wanted to live from that place as much as possible. My fear was represented, my ancestral trauma as well. When they came in, my badass essence became subdued and quiet and limited in where they could go and what they could do.

Again, I felt so seen.

Family constellation work can be so magical in the ways that what I struggle with on a regular basis and see no solution to can be represented through the support of others in a way that brings perspective and clarity.

Ultimately, with the support of my healthy and well resourced ancestors, the fears and ancestral traumas became smaller and not so overbearing. I could see them, honor them and tap into the many other options I had around me. My badass essential self could move and dance and express in the ways it was called to.

WHAT ARE FAMILY CONSTELLATIONS?

We are all born into family systems that have many unspoken rules, ways to be or act to be accepted into the system. Generations of experiences have formed these rules – cultures, wars, forced migrations, ways of surviving, thriving, hiding.

Family Constellations work looks at the system from a different perspective can help clarify or release roles and restore relationships. The work honors and respects each member of the system and what role they may have taken on that may involve loyalty or entanglements that challenge some or all members of the system.

This powerful healing modality allows you to explore family dynamics, ancestral patterns, and personal issues in a supportive group setting.
