These issues may stem from hidden family dynamics that affect your interactions.Join us for a transformative workshop focused on healing and harmonizing family dynamics. Together, we'll explore and resolve the underlying patterns, inherited traumas, and emotional entanglements that may be contributing to the difficulties within your family. Whether it's recurring conflicts, estrangement, or an inability to communicate effectively, this workshop will help you uncover the roots of these issues and guide your family toward greater understanding and connection.

Family or Systemic constellations is a therapeutic approach that attempts to reveal unrecognized dynamics that spans multiple generations in a family and to resolve its effects by encouraging the subject, through representatives, to encounter the past, accept and heal.
In this workshop there will only be enough time for 3 individual constellations (working with your specific topic related to family dynamics inside of the workshop).
There will also be group exercises so everyone will experiment and receive, as well as the possibility to be a representative in a constellation movement.
The shift that takes place and flows from each individual constellation benefits everyone that is part of the group as well as their ancestors and the generations to come.
All welcome. No previous experience is necessary - all you need is an open mind & heart.

We will explore some conscious movement to return to the body to be ready for the constellations movements. As well, we'll finish with a short sound bath.
