Are you feeling stuck in your life, unable to move forward despite your best efforts? This sense of being trapped might be rooted in unconscious family dynamics that are holding you back.
Join us for a transformative workshop focused on releasing the blocks that keep you feeling stuck. Together, we'll uncover and heal the hidden patterns, inherited traumas, and emotional entanglements that may be anchoring you in place. Whether it's repeating life patterns, unfulfilled potential, or a deep sense of inertia, this workshop will help you identify and resolve the roots of your stagnation, allowing you to move forward with renewed energy and purpose.

Family or Systemic constellations is a therapeutic approach that attempts to reveal unrecognized dynamics that spans multiple generations in a family and to resolve its effects by encouraging the subject, through representatives, to encounter the past, accept and heal.
In this workshop there will only be enough time for 3 individual constellations (working with your specific topic related to feeling stuck inside of the workshop).
There will also be group exercises so everyone will experiment and receive, as well as the possibility to be a representative in a constellation movement.
The shift that takes place and flows from each individual constellation benefits everyone that is part of the group as well as their ancestors and the generations to come.
All welcome. No previous experience is necessary - all you need is an open mind & heart.

We will explore some conscious movement to return to the body to be ready for the constellations movements. As well, we'll finish with a short sound bath.
