We all came to this life through the body of a woman.
Not counting the relationship to self, the relationship to mother is the very first and arguably the most important in our life; laying foundation for all other relationships and bonds.
So many times strained, painful, entangled, dysfunctional or even "nonexistent" or toxic. Yet so much love and support can come from the maternal line of our ancestry, if we -somehow- allow it.
How does healthy relationship to mom look like? How would you like the relationship to your mom look like?
Lets explore all of that, with gentleness and ease and let’s make steps towards harmonizing relationship with mom, celebrate and honor mothers, motherhood and mother archetype.
We will be using Family constellations method, sound healing and beautiful Earth medicine Cacao.

This is an experiential workshop and deep soul process.
The evening and Family Constellations will be facilitated by Zuzana Stehlikova. We will open up with grounding, intention setting and dropping into the heart space Sacred Cacao Ceremony led by Cici Galeas.
No prior experience is necessary and all that you need to bring is an open heart and mind.
Family Constellations is a group healing method that reveals underlying family dynamics, relationships and entanglements and offers us healing on a deep soul level. It opens up participants to often surprising insights related to personal traumas and destructive family patterns with ancestral roots. Whether we realize it or not, many of us carry trauma of our ancestors and this method offers insights and healing. It helps us to understand roots of our limitations and painful life situations, so we can step into our who we really are, who we came here to BE.

We will close the night with some connection time and snacks.

Once we have fully arrived into the space we will move into the profoundly effective and magical modality of Family Constellation, facilitated by Zuzana Stehlikova.
