​Some of what we carry isn't ours alone.
​Anxiety without a clear source. Distance in relationships we can't explain. Grief that has no name. Patterns that repeat across our lives despite our best efforts to change — these often reach deeper than our own story. They live in the family system: the unresolved losses, silences, and loyalties that move through generations.
​Family constellation work makes the invisible visible.
​Rooted in somatic and systemic practice, this method brings unconscious family dynamics into awareness — not through analysis, but through direct, embodied experience. Using constellations and symbols, we step into the field of a family system — your own, or as a representative for someone else's. What surfaces often bypasses language entirely, touching something older and more honest.

​Feel stuck in patterns you haven't been able to shift through talking alone
​Carry grief, anxiety, or relational difficulties without a clear origin
​Are curious about intergenerational trauma and how it lives in the body
​Want to work at depth, in a small group held with care
​What you can expect
​Each constellation is given its full time — not just to understand intellectually what is happening, but to allow the experience to settle in the body and emotions. This is slow, spacious work. You may constellation your own theme, or participate as a representative in others' work. Both are equally valuable.
​The group is kept intentionally small to ensure safety, depth, and individual attention.
