When we, or someone in our DNA experiences trauma it can affect the family line. According to Bert Hellinger, the Psychologist who created the Constellation process. "If a member of our family is abandoned, gets divorced, dies young, feels forgotten, is abused, commits suicide, etc. The energy of feeling alone, separated and forgotten needs to be cleared and usually does so by members later in the family."
