Welcome to the Family Connects Launch Event!

Join us at the Sheerr Building for an exciting family fun and connections day! This event will celebrate the launch of Family Connects Philadelphia! A free postpartum home visiting program has been launched at Jefferson Einstein Philadelphia Hospital.

Family Connects Philadelphia is now offering home visits from a registered nurse for all families who 1) live in Phila County 2) have delivered at Jefferson Einstein. Get ready to celebrate with a day filled with food, fun, health education, and giveaways. Learn about resources available to support your family and discover new ways to connect with your loved ones.
