Associate Conductor Kyle Knox will lead the Madison Symphony in this special family-friendly concert in the Capitol Theater of Overture Hall! Great music for everyone — all ages welcome.
The program includes music from Hedwig's Theme from Harry Potter, William Tell Overture, Molly on the Shore, and Peter and The Wolf (narrated by Gavin Lawrence).
Join us starting at 12pm for some pre-concert activities including a string instrument petting zoo sponsored by Heid Music, coloring stations with pre-made popsicle stick puppets of characters from Peter and the Wolf, and a scripted program that introduces each instrument and musical theme for the Peter and the Wolf characters in a fun and interactive way prior to the concert.
