A fantastic 1hr 45min - 2hr introduction to canoeing for those who have never been in a canoe before along the Cromford Canal nr Matlock Bath. A must try water sport.
Suitable for family, friends or Hen Party - its just your group plus the instructor.
All under 18s need to be with a parent -lower age limit 5yrs.
Its the ideal way to start.
A short journey on a calm canal to gain confidence with a few skills taught to keep you straight and in control with your partner. Challenges and games can be set for those that require further challenge along the way.
Normally lots of wildlife to spot along the way.
A third seat is available in the canoe if needed.
Dogs under control welcome at your own risk.
(not disturbing the wildlife or swimming)
Aimed as being a dry session apart from splashing or rain.
We keep as a group stopping along the way to play a few games for those that wish to take part.
